Harrisburg, PA - In conjunction with Hedin Environmental, Stream Restoration Incorporated was awarded a Technical Assistance Grant (TAG) through the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Growing Greener Program.  The purpose of the TAG Program is to provide “free” expert technical assistance to watershed groups and grassroots organizations that need it, without them having to go through a lengthy grant application process to gain funding.  This not only allows a group to complete their projects and produce results in a much more time efficient manner, but it also gives them the expert resources that they may need to do so.

Expert staff from Hedin Environmental will provide technical assistance with all aspects of mine drainage issues including:

Mine Drainage Characterization
Data Management
Passive Treatment Design and Permitting
Treatment System Maintenance and Retrofitting
